LYV is Mediva's patient-facing digital health platform, which provides safe and convenient access to healthcare services.
Through LYV, patients can complete medical assessments and connect with UK-licensed clinicians who review each case before any prescription treatment is approved.
Once a treatment is authorised by a clinician, the medication is dispensed and supplied by Mediva Pharmacy, a GPhC-registered UK pharmacy operating under strict professional standards. This collaboration ensures that patients receive both expert medical oversight and safe pharmacy dispensing.

Patients begin by completing a secure online health questionnaire through the LYV platform. This allows clinicians to understand the patient's symptoms, medical history, and suitability for treatment.
A qualified UK-registered clinician reviews the information provided. Clinicians are registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) or the appropriate UK professional regulatory body and follow recognised clinical guidelines when assessing treatments.
If additional information is required, clinicians may request further details before making a decision.
If the treatment is appropriate and safe, the clinician will issue a prescription.
If a treatment is not suitable, the patient will be informed and may be advised to consult their GP or explore alternative options.
Approved prescriptions are sent to Mediva Pharmacy, where our pharmacy team prepares and dispenses the medication in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations. All medicines are handled, checked, and supplied by qualified pharmacy professionals.
