We built Lyv around the idea that you should never have to wonder what you are paying for, or when you will be charged. So we made it simple.
Every treatment on Lyv shows its full, real price - the medication, the clinical review, the dispensing, delivery, all of it. One number. No "from" qualifiers, no asterisks, no checkout surprises. The price on the page is the price on your statement.
When you place an order, we authorise your card - but we do not take the money. Payment is only captured after a prescriber has independently reviewed your case and your medication has been dispensed. If you are not approved, you are never charged. No refund to chase.
There is no subscription you have to remember to cancel. No "first month free" that quietly becomes a recurring charge. Order when you want, reorder when you are ready. If you prefer a regular supply, we will make that easy - but it will always be your choice.
Most pharmacies take your money first and ask clinical questions later. We do it the other way around.

Step 2
A short health questionnaire so our prescribers can safely evaluate whether the treatment is right for you. Takes a few minutes.
Step 3
We verify your payment method and place a temporary hold. The money stays in your account. This is a hold, not a charge.
Step 4
A UK-registered prescriber reviews your assessment. Their clinical decision is independent - it is never influenced by whether you have already paid, because you have not.
Step 5
Only when your prescriber approves the treatment and your medication is dispensed from our pharmacy do we capture payment. If declined, the hold is released automatically.
